Hi I've been growing these 3 Feminized Grand Daddy Purps for almost a month now and a week or 2 ago now they've been growing yellow out of the new growth then slowly turns back to green with a little yellowing between the veins. Im growing in soil. The PH reading I got with PH meter says 5.5 - 6. I gave coated the top of the soil with dolomite like a week ago but don't see much improvement raising the PH. Ive got them in Fox Farm OCean Forest soil and Im using miracle grow for tomatoes. I flushed one of them to see if that would do it but no dice. I gave another one epsom salts to see if it was Mag. but no dice. I was gonna go to the pet store today and grab a PH kit to test the Run off water. I'm using tap water at the moment. Im about to switch from T5 to HPS and I'm dying to top theses plants but i don't want to touch them till this issue is figured out. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks again. Here are some Pics IMG_0286.jpg IMG_0304.jpg IMG_0305.jpg IMG_0306.jpg IMG_0307.jpg

When you flush it dont expect the plant to instantly just fix itself and be green again. My advice is stop putting stuff in there. Whatever youve been doing to it has caused zebra stripes and some jagged ass lookin leaves. Albeit cool lookin the zebra stripes were caused by adding stuff you shouldnt have been adding. Ffof needs no extra fertilizer until around a month. Flush the other two and stop feeding. Just add water and it may get worse looking before it gets better because of the burn but stop adding stuff or youll probably kill them with love. Id replant into larger containers soon and keep going, just with a less heavy foot on the gas pedal.

Did ya mix anything else in your soil? 7-10 days ago?
Or when you put soil in pot, did you amend it at all?
Looks like to much N , as in Toxic...
If you didn't amend soil, and you haven't added any ferts/nutes 7-10 days ago...then I don't know...
I think you amended your soil too hot... or your batch of soil is too hot... or you added ferts... too hot...
So which is it?
This same coloring happened to me...
One plant one time happened like that in veg, right after Trans plant...
I mixxed soil too hot... added no nutes just water for four weeks...
Plant came back...

I added ferts probably like 4 days ago now. It def has gotten a little worse since then. Should I transplant into bigger pots so I can get them out of fertilized soil right away since I need to transplant soon anyway? Or should I just flush and wait for them to go back to normal then transplant. Do u guys think I can still save them?

They are save-able...
If you are going to TP anyway...
I would also add either at around 25% [12.5% of each]
Vermiculite, and Perilite... it will give your soil better drainage...
Standard pots, I drill many extra holes to aid drainage...
Good Luck....
Just water for a couple of weeks [?] or until plant gets normal...after TP... make sure you water through the TP...

They wont die. Theyre still healthy. Id flush well to leach out the fertilizer as best as you can and then transplant. If youve really hurt them they will start browning and discoloring before getting crispy and dying. What i was trying to say earlier was they wont make a turn around over night and be emerald green again. If youve burnt them those leaves may never get "better" but hopefully the new growth will be better. In some burn cases the new growth even comes in and starts burning lol. You should be fine though. It doesnt look that bad.

Alright sounds good. Thanks guys I appreciate it. I will flush all three tonight. It will probably be a week before I see any results I'm guessing? I should have enough time for them to get healthy before I transplant?

i use mg soils and they work fine, sometimes its a bit hot at first and youll see funny stuff, but once they get into it more, they do fine.my current grow is with mg soils, and my leafs looked like yours about 2 weeks ago,but now there looking great, ive added 0 nutes so far,im about 2 weeks into 12 12,
if you use mg nutes start out slow and about 1/4 to 1/2 strength, but i never add nutes till about 12 weeks old,got 6 oz of my last 1 plant grow that was only 24 inch tall,5 or 6 tops were over 20 gm each,so dont believe mg soils ant good, and happy smoking
