Hi !

This is an EMERGENCY guys so if anyone has the solution to my problem, post it right away please !
My plant has always been in great condition until earlier today where I transfered it to another pot.
I did my best not to lose too many roots and I think not too bad regarding the roots but when i checked on my plant, it looked like on the following pics... It has only been 6 hours since i changed the pot and it seems to getting worse every minute !
This is a Jack Herrer from Nirvana seeds (female guaranteed) and it is only 2 weeks old ! It has been growing incredibly fast until a few hours ago ... I use 2 x compact fluoros of 50 watts each (equivalent to regular 200 watts each) and also I must add that in those last 6 hours I put the plant under my 90 watts LED UFO to try it out and it was really close from the LEDs (but I heard it can be as close as touching the LED lamp)...

I NEED HELP AND IT SEEMS THAT EVERY MINUTE COUNTS ... My plants condition is getting from great to bad in so little time... I hope I won't lose her...
THANKS IN ADVANCE GUYS !

HERE ARE THE PICTURES TAKEN A MINUTE AGO :

yeah i put nutrients in it .... what shall i do ? Is it a problem of light/heat or is that to eliminate ?

im not 100% but i think when the leaves point up like that then yes its a heat problem! light might be to close, try moveing it up abit, also if youve put to much nutes in then flush the plant with plain water 3x as much as pot size.

also you should add some perlite to the soil makes a big difference

i dont think the nutes would be hitting it that fast...it could just be shock..but if you think its heat, put ur hand under the bulbs level with your plants and if its too hot for your hand its too hot for your plants.

ya...looks like over ferting, i would do a light flush, and water a few times before feeding anymore of anything. i would look at your temps, and if they are fine and still no improvement, then they want more light.

Did you water it in well after the xplant?

I don't think nutes would do anything that fast either, but too dry+heat will.

ya...i dont understand how heat would be that bad with them small cfl's, but it is heat stressed. look at the leaves curling upward at the tips...

I think its a combo of heat stress/ transplant shock/ moisture stress to leaves. Move the lights up. W8 until the soils pretty dry and flush it with about a gallon of distilled adjusted to 6.5-6.8. It will be a few days before you notice any growth but dont fret plants still really young man at least it didn't happen 3 weeks into bloom. Like everyone else said the new soil might be too rich with nutes so only use plain water until you notice healthy, vigorous growth.

I live in a tropical country BUT keep the airconditioning ON 24/7 only for the comfort of this baby.
It really changed in a matter of 6 hours !
It is looking a lot worse now, even after re-transplanting carefully (this was the only option if the cause was over-nutrients because the nutrients I used are mixed to the soil, they are blue small balls looking like perlite but blue, and multi-color small balls of value 4-4-4 : no more details about the exact composition of both those products because packaging is written in local alphabet which I understand as much as egyptian hyeroglyphs but I was recommended both of them by the sellers (which means nothing, I agree). As I am quite new at nutrients (i had a few successful growths in the past but all in natural caribbean environment, outside, 110% natural without using anything else than WATER), so it is possible I mixed too many of those "poison balls" to my soil...
What would be an approximate percentage of small balls in relation to soil ??
Is it possible for my baby to recover you think ?
What i done :
-Flushed
-Eliminated completely nutrients from the soil
-Re-planted into mix of organic soil 80% - Guano 20%
-Removed the Led Light
-Moved the lights higher
-Prayed.
Thanks a lot for all your answers (which doesn't mean you have to stop posting ! Please more guys !) even if no one agrees with no one, it gave me the feeling that the community was willing to help me, feels great !

i wouldnt choose soil that has the slow release ferts in, the more you water these types of soil the more ferts it releases,

So you're in thailand or cambodia right? I had a hard time finding decent soil out there too...judging from the pics i would say yeah, over ferting on the soil. Dont listen about the cfl's being too hot, they arent. Even at the same spot with fewer ferts that light doesnt rile the edges of the leaf up like that right... its the ferts... flsu it with a bunch of water. A side note, given its hard to get good fertilizers out there from what i remember, you might consider making aerated compost teas witha a fish pump, its great stuff for your plants. It will be easier to procure the stuff for that and better in the long run than the ferts you can get out there.

When you transplant, some plants in particular young plants will go into shock.

The best method of transplanting is to soak the rootball first with fresh water before transplanting then after potting, water the new pot thoroughly thus giving even moisture throughout the pot and flushing away any concentrates or buildups that might also be in the potting mix.

Always make sure you are using potting mix that has plenty of aeration in it as well (perlite, vermiculite etc) or else roots will quickly starve of oxygen.
