please help ID these bugs

pulled out some winter clothes from a room i was vegging in awhile back. have seen these once before hanging out on fan leaves, just a few, seemed harmless at the time

i have a feeling they came in with some cuts

when i squish them they have a distinct smell that i cant quite put my finger on, but its an essential oil (chamomile?)

Looks like a stink bug or shield bug. I guess some types are good and some are bad. I've found green and brown ones here and haven't seen either eating plants. I let them be.
 
yeah i didnt see any effects on the plants when i saw them on them, seemed like they were just chillin on some fan leaves for fun. figured id ask just in case!
 
alright, found one in the top shoot of a just-starting-to-flower top

now its personal!

whats the move? sticky traps?

im not gonna spray since im already into flower but would a azamax or spinosad dunk before next flower cycle be useful?
