Like many drugs, our beloved MJ not included, my guess is that many times the folks who freak have taken "too much". It is insane that our idiotic prohibition of a benign substance causes a toxic alternative from the minds of chemists. The chemists work is always more dangerous. Shrooms vs acid. Coke vs meth. 90% of our food supply vs real food
If someone takes a few shots of cuervo, no problema. But we've all seen what excess can do.
No one could claim me a junkie, unless MJ and home-brew count. I have been employed for all but one year of the last 28 years. And that was a year in am accelerated MBA program. In the life I lead today, and where I reside, it isn't easy for me to find weed. And I have a medicinal use for it, for sleep issues that I refuse to take ambien, xanax, or any of that shit for. I tot some of the fake shit a couple years ago and liked it. that was right before the feds banned the original chemical they used, which was marketed as bonzai tree fertilizer. When it came back, I got some more and it was different. I had forgotten that at that time I bought one and it was way put of hand and I took one hit of it about a month ago. It was a horrid experience and the shit went in the trash. Some of the brands are mellower from what I hear and I think still legal, haven't been to my local head shop in a while. And for those who love lots of big bonghits of ultra powerful MJ, they might be okay. I'm not into that either personally.
No matter what, always wrong to make assumptions about people. And life is a better thing if when you are going to assume, assume the best and work your way down from there rather than the other way around.
And so I am put right and actually smoking leaf from what I pruned off my flowering plants and it works pretty well! And no, I didn't prune for that reason, I had way too thick of low growth not getting light penetration from my CFLs. But a nice bonus. If you ever need to do the same, stick them in a baggy and kind of crunch them a bit. Leave them in there about a day and then dry.
