your ph to low get it 6.5
at 6.3 and 6.0 run off your building up alot of nutes that are being locked out that the plant cant in take.
and you have high ppm. lower to 700-800 so you should be using half strength or less

cupping up is mg deficiency doesn't mean to add more its being locked out for have low ph

Ok. This makes sense. This I can do.
Is it why I get double the ppm in a runoff?

Should I flash them with water a few times before adjusting or adding .3 to my ph should be enough for them to bounce back?

your lights are way too close. Move them up to about another foot or more. Also if I'm not mistaken SS#4 is coco and not soil per say.

Yes. You are correct. It is coco.
But the bigger issue is that I cannot move plants any further. The lights are as high as they can be. Plants cannot be move back either.
The only option is to switch my lights to 600w but not sure if it is good to do during flowering

switch to 600 it will not affect anything, Your ppm's really don't need to be that high either going in. Don't flush just feed them some water a couple of feedings. What are you using as fertilizer? I would knock it down to 400w if you could and get some more air flow.

i'd have to agree with Hazy, that canoeing in the leaves looks like heat stress.

btw, 6.3, 6.5, no big whoop, a little variation in your ph values between waterings isn't gonna be an issue.

oh yeah, i also agree with Merlin, Sunshine Mix #4 is peat based not coco based.

anyway, i'd follow Hazy's advice and switch to the 600.

how about some pics? ...not just leaves but the whole plant, and your setup too. ...the more information you supply the more likely you will get useful responses.

peace, bozo

I think the way my cold air from ac lays across the room plays a role as well. Big thing to note, it measures 68 degrees at the soil level but clocks 80 at the canopy. This likely to contribute to stress.
However, the bottom and middle of the plants looks great.
Also, a lot of leaves are deep green in color (feed them nitrogen) but have a leathery and puffy feel to them. Could general overfeeding do that?
