please help me with my plants

I am three weeks into my veg cycle on some clones I got from a local club. I woke up this morning to find white stuff on the leaves. Does anyone know what it might be?

It could be mold or just dust especially if u run a carbon filter pictures will help

Did you hand spray them? Pictures.

powdery mildew or thrips or something put a pic up.

I'm unsure how to post pics on here. I know its not dust. From comperable pics I found online I've deduced its either mold or spider mites. I'm keeping the room at a controlled 70% rh. And I did get my clones from a club... I wouldn't be shocked if there were mites. My fear is that I'm going to treat one thing when its the other. Any insight you guys have would help.
