Okay so I recently moved to South Carolina, brought my plants along. Mind you I’m from Illinois so our air must not be this humid cuz I’ve never had this issue but it’s been way to humid in my grow tent 50%-70% and my coco has grew a little mold. I got rid of the parts with mold but I just can’t bring my humidity down I bought a dehumidifier from ace hardware but it doesn’t seem to be bringing it down any at all. I have a 4x4 tent with 6 plants all in flower I have a 4 inch in-line fan and a 4 inch carbon filter could I possibly need a bigger or better fan system? At this point I just ordered a mildly expensive dehumidifier from Amazon because I am at a complete loss I don’t want to lose my plants due to mold any help would be appreciated. Would like to take a cheap approach but at this point I’m open to all options thank you. PS there is no water anywhere in tent and the humidity it still high when plants are freshly watered

Definitely more humid there lol
is your current exhaust fan maxed out?
How are the temps in the tent?

Instead of the dehumidifier I just bought a 8inch fan and 8 inch carbon filter.. gonna return the 4inch ones think it’s to small for my tent

If you don’t have a fan controller and it’s plugged into the outlet directly, I’m pretty sure It’s running max
4x4 I’d consider getting a 6” fan maybe even an 8”, better to have too much than too little. In the meantime do you have an intake fan as well?
