It looks like you under feeding. i don't see nute burns on the tips. and its blotchy as if it were a deficiency. I don't think it's the light. If it were it would bleach the leaves before it would burn them.

ive been feeding them something called like jack's i think..im not too sure but its a blue powder and ive also been adding superthrive into the mix..i keep the 400 hps about 18 inches away from the tops and i use just regular potting soil

funny thing that everyone i see use jacks seems to have deficiency problems. looks like it could be magnesium. it does look burnt too, i just noticed the leaves edges look flared up and that happens when its to hot and the plant is trying to cool itself down. first try and make it cooler in there and maybe raise the light a little. if that doesn't work then add a little more nutes

get some organic nutes, like botanicare, or hunmboldt nutes, or bio canna, etc.. add some molasses and compost tea and your plants will be awesome.

Are you sure you didn't spill something on the leaves? Maybe ferts or another chemical? Looks similar to mine when I spilled ferts directly on the leaves accidentily.
