IMG_20130411_220845-1.jpgI went to go check on everything w/ my plants& they were leaning so I watered them they all popped back up except my one favorite. So they are almost ready to transplant to bigger pots so I did plus I thought new soil might help feed it well the next day the leaves came back but they still look a little wilted around the edges of the leaves what should I do

If your own common sense doesn't suggest it, it's been mentioned in nearly every help thread ever.

PICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And its probably just stressed. Give it a few days. Unless something else is wrong.

I have read and reread everything I can get my hands on about lights and its all complicated and I don't understand nothing the lumns and the pkg. always has 3 #,s & initials that I don't know what they are all I remember is the lights have a color spectrum one kind gives off the blue light & that's what u use in the beginning.the other light.has a yellow /amber color spectrum & that is used in the flowering part of the grow that all I know about lights

I had just watered and I switched to a moisture control soil its miracle grow moisture control. Also they are started in those Bio degeradeable pea pot I read that if u use those don't put them in ur new pot the roots are not strong enough to go through the side is that true

i know the pot's your on about and i don't think the roots will penetrate it you wont have to transplant for a while tho and since your in mg its wont be a nute problem ,it looks healthy i think you should try keep the light as close as possible, do you have a hygro meter so you can put that next to the plant to then see how close your able to get the light ?

I started off my grow with two 4ft T8 lights (the bulbs are only ~$7 and the holder thing they go in is only ~$20) and I had them about 8in above my plants to keep them from stretching. I heard that might be too close sometimes and the roots won't grow strong, so I'd put them about 12in away from my light next time. Once the get bigger, I'm adding another set of lights.

As for soil as a medium, a lot of people don't recommend Miracle Grow because it usually doesn't go over well with it. Too many nutrients for starting out plants and they'll get nute burn. I went with Fox Farm Ocean Forest (and I've also heard FF Happy Frog works well too) because it has the right amount of nutrients for plants starting off up until the point where you have to add the nutes yourself. :)
