How far are your lights from the sprouts? If they are too far away, or there is not enough light, they will stretch to reach the light, and not grow properly strengthened.

alsp try adding some blackstrap molasses 2 tablespoons per a gallon,,in veg in makes the stem fatter ,so it wnt fall over anymore, and in flowering it produced resin..buy grandmas molasses with the yellow label i think its called unsulphered or something they have this brand everywhere its like 4 bucks,,,u should always water, feed, water, feed, water, feed, ect....and and the molasses everytime u feed

How can you be a raider and celtic fan...ha...that has to be breaking some law...anyways hopefully it is a cool bulb that can be right at two inches or so....I have only used my 400 mh and this has never been a issue....But something a friend told me is from the time they stand on there own till the day they are to strong to bend you should bend the stems back and fourth gently when you visit them...this is also on nirvana's site and I believe it helps...Every time I go to my room I bend them all for a few seconds each....good luck

I would say you have a bulb that is the incorrect light spectrum. As far as keeping the seedlings from falling over, take a straw cut it to the length needed, split it length wise, open it up place seedling inside straw, push it 1/4" down and walla, stays up right.
