PLEASE!!!! Help NEEDED ASAP!!! {PICS}

My friend needs help. Her plants are 2 weeks old and dont grow as fast as everyone elses. 4 days after she planted them they were moving very slow and tips on plant #1 started to yellow. about 11 days later both were yellowing at the tips and barerly making progress so she decided to add a very light dose of nutes. they instantly started getting brown spots and curling. Do anybody have any suggestions on how to make them bounce back from this sickness and properly grow. They are under a 600w MH thats 3ft high with intake and exhaust fans degrees between 71-85 hum. 38-52, in 3 gallon pots of coco gro which they were in from seed with about a inch of rocks at the bottom. Nutes, General Hydroponics Flora series. Plant 1> IMG_4813.jpgIMG_4816.jpgIMG_4818.jpgIMG_4817.jpg Plant 2 >IMG_4819.jpgIMG_4820.jpgIMG_4821.jpg

you are never supposed to give a plant any nutes for the first 2 weeks of their life and when you do only give 1/4 recommeded strenght..
hope this helps

Ok and what about her slow growth and yellowing ? she says she didnt over water because she only water once that week but the coco was watered before planting the seedling. The plant just slowed down growth and started to yellow. for its second week they both only have 6 leaves in total.

Ditch the coco. 3 gallon pots for seedlings? They need a smaller environment so more air can get to the roots. That coco is holding onto too much water and that water is probably way Ph imbalanced.

Those seedlings aren't gonna make it :(

Start over in smaller (quart sized?) containers with a light organic soil mix. Get a little t5 light and save the bigger light for when they're ready.

Here is your solution.

NEVER use nutes the first week under any circumstances, there is enough energy in that seedling to grow at least that long.

You should start seeds in smaller pots, grow the 5-10 days with no nutes in a solo cup sized pot, transplant in next or final sized pot and then begin nutes at 1/8 to 1/4 strength if it's non-nutrient soil and only fed every other watering.

ALLOW SOIL TO ALMOST COMPLETELY DRY OUT BEFORE YOU WATER. This is very important in veg as it will force the roots to grow faster and you won't cause issues related to over-watering which is one of the biggest newbie mistakes next to over nuting.

What you are seeing is NUTE BURN. Lesson learned early.

Dude.. First of friggen all you need to gal daRn relaw and take a chill pill.. It happens! That little tiny dead part of the plant was the last point from which your seed was hanging before it's shell dropped. Relax, looks good!! Time for full light.. Whatever you can put there without frying the gal darn crap out of the friggen thing. No nutes, lots of light.. Wait 4 weeks before feeding.. You're good 2 go!!

What took you almost a year to make your first post? lol

Good advice.

And T5s are A MUST in early veg. They are cheap and use almost no electricity.
