Appreciate all replies here are some pictures with lights off and flash. Should I be worried about the size at 1 week and also how about the brown yellow dot on the seedling ? Do they look healthy I only have the veg switch one is that right ?

No need to worry. New seedlings can look a little wonky. Size is fine. Turn both lights on. Download a Lux app or better buy a meter ($20 on amazon) and make sure she's under around 13k Lux for now and you should be good.

Cant really tell ya. Never ran led. Like I mentioned, Lux/Par is the great equalizer between lights. 50k is 50k regardless of hps/cmh/led. So best to get a meter so you have an actual number to shoot for instead of wasting time playing the "how high should my lights be" game.
If you ask that here you'll get a million different answers. With a meter, numbers are numbers.

My 2 cent. :)
Edit. There are different PAR values on different types of lights though, so 50k doesn't necessarily mean same PAR values, but if we know what type of light+ lux reading, people can help ya.

Agreed, LUX meters are super cheap and useful. I only use led for seedlings but in a micro tent like that you should be able to get some good output, just need to know how much light you actually have. Typically 40-50 watts per square foot is what your looking for during flowering stage. And with LED, height of the light from plant is a bit more important than with bulbs.

I raised the light ? It’s at 30 inches above now do you know anywhere I can get a lux meter in store on budget ? Will my planes survive? I’m doing 1ml micro 1 ml 1 ml grow per liter starting today.

They'll be fine. You can put your light @ 24" no problem. Might want to hop over to the led thread and chat with those guys. Not sure if you can get a meter instore. Ordered mine from amazon.

You shouldnt be adding nutrients to begin with at this stage. The cotyledons have enough nutrients in them to sustain the plant for several days of life.

Beyond that, if your soil is 100% ocean forest, your soil has MORE than enough nutrients to sustain the plant for at least the first 3-4 weeks. The plant will tell you when it needs nutrients.

Typically I'd tell people to cut FFOF with Light Warrior or some other soil that isnt quite as high in nutrients, as it tends to burn seedlings on it's own.

That last pic where the leaves are dark; that’s definitely a nitrogen toxicity. I’ve been doing a lot of reading on it, big tell is a shiny green look; making leaves almost look waxy

Pics are a bit fuzzy. Yet the seedling shows what appears to be minor cal/mag deficiency. The sapling appears to have suffered as well. But it has recovered. I would pinch the two lower affected leaves off. They are now a burden to the plant. If using R/O or distilled water? Be sure to supplement cal/mag.

Not exactly accurate. Different plants are different shades. Generally true though. Another nuance you can learn through experience. Extremely healthy in these pics. Dark and waxy. 005.jpg

Dont overpower seedlings with nutes in a soil already loaded . FFOF can and often initially burn slightly some strains since being a “ hotter “ soil but plants power thru it.

That bagged soil will feed that plant for weeks on its own ( just water when needed) . Just not very much while this young. Hang your height around 24-30” to start ... watch for stretch if height is getting too far from plant.

Both switches on ... always. Give the new plant / seedlings the full light instead of a blue channel.

Generally I would say never trim an auto. But they are a stress to the plant now. Pinching them off cleanly will actually benefit the plant and it shouldn't miss a beat.
