Did they just come out of the humidity dome? The general culprits of this are rapid humidity changes and or temp changes

What is your humidity? try to get it up real high, or put domes over your plants. I'm guessing it's transplant shock.

I've had clones come back from looking worse. It is all about slowing down the transpiration rate while they have root shock, or no roots.

Try to increase your humidity but they look like they got damaged somehow. Maybe you were a little to rough with the roots? Hard to say.... If they have not been in a humidity dome and they look droopy like that..... not good
