Please help REALLY NEED!!!

Hey Guys i have been growing for awhile first off was fuckin around as a kid now im a patient in washington trying to produce for me and another patient. I have an Unknown Bubba cut that has issues that just arose. The grandaddy that i had aquired at the same time came back with a simple watering as far as new growth goes. This Bubba was doin great but then the leaves started geting light from a lucious green to a more light lime. Also the fringes along the sides are curling up and in. I have them on 16/8 under a 600 w hps and 250 w mh which i run the last four hours to save energy. the light is 18 inches or further more like 20 inches. I mixed peatmoss with perlite and compost. I did five parts peat to 2.5 parts compost. Then added the perlite at four parts. The first photo is my bubba cut and the last are presidential. Bubba was just waterd 9/22. Presidental is still moist an inch down oh and is a cutting i took my self with root riot cubes and root tone. Please help out for this is all medicinal and really needed. whew that took consitration, time for a bong hit or two.

How are the temps in your grow room, could this be heat stress?

What's your pH? A decent pH and ppm meter tells many tales.

The ph i just checked was a little high i believe. Something like 6.8 not more than 7 or less than 6. I keep the heat down no more than 85 and thats if i dont wake up in time to open my door. I had just found out that my presidential mum had spider mites when i purchased her. My buddies room is infested with em and mine was all my romulan's fan leave had them, i plucked every leaf that i could spot mites or littly whit eggs. I sprayed every one in my closet with neem oil and wasn't shy with it either. Will do so again in a week just incase there are any eggs or should a wait 2 weeks? Next water will have molasses in case it is mag
