Quick question, what wattage should I use for 2 plants? Right now I have them on CLF's, but am soon switching to HPS. Just want to make sure I get the right watts
Please help! Super newbie here :(

The more watts you can accommodate in your grow room, the better. If you have the space to adequately cool a 1000w, go for it... but those things get HOT. Even a 250w will be very hot. Anything bigger than a 400w will most likely need a cooltube reflector and high cfm intake/exhaust fans for the grow space.
Also, as far as nutes go, don't follow what's on the package. I feed according to my plants... you have nute burn, and in a plant so small, you probably don't need any nutes at all. When you give too much N, you can lock out other available nutrients and have all sorts of issues. I would start with probably 1-2mL per liter.

I see a wet spot right aound the plant like you are watering just around the plant.... when you water mix your grow big at full strength for every feeding I think it says 1 tbs per gallon then dump that whole gallon on the soil as fast as it will come out so that it floods the surface of the soil and drains through evenly. the roots will keep dying in the dry part if you don't and that will keep the plant from growing. how long was it on 12/12?
