You don't want to take clones...Besides the PM they r in week 5 of flower... That would be more of a pain then its worth. PM is highly contagious... But some strains are more acceptable/prone to getting it. In week 5 sucks...I had a few get in week 6- I cut all of it out & got lucky... But if it only one u might cut the infected leaves off treat it like u r & watch it closely...Otherwise U can get rid of it so your others R not infected. And clean the shit out of your area. I also do preventive so i don't have the problem any more...I hate PM! Sorry to hear u have to deal with that shit! Peace & happy gardening.

are you sure it's bad mildew? just grow it and see what happens. spray some soap at it or wipe it off if it makes you uncomfortable, but try to find out what it is first.

Pm sucks, yea, I had it a few times.
Heres what I understand, the mildew grows on the leaf, It's not poisonous it effects you plant by blocking photosynthesis. Mildew like plants need the proper pH to grow. One way to get through to harvest is to treat the leaf with a high pH soulition that will kill the pm but not the leaf. Spray, wait a couple days then spray again to wash it off. Green Cure is one of several things you can use. Deal is most grows that have PM also have cold temps at night and fairly high humidity. spraying water is not gonna help the humidity. What I have started using is sulfur. You can get it powdered at a nursery and either dust the leaf or burn it and the smoke will work too.

Treated plants do not effect the smoke unless you smoke the leaf.

Spray just the top of the infected leaves.
Burning sulfur gets it in all the tight areas but you don't want to spray any water on your buds. causes mold.

After a couple days and you don't see it anymore get more circulation in there, fans help keep it from forming but once you have it they blow the dam spores everywhere.

so as long as i keep treating it my smoke will be fine ime just worried about the after effect of smoking the infected plant

First, you already did it, but it was bad: don't cut leafs when it's already sick. If someone has the flu, you dont cut off there fingers to make them better. The cut foliage also leaves them open to infections, kinda like cutting yourself. The cut could heal fine, or it could become infected and you could die from it.

Second: try a 15% milk mixture and spray it EVERYWHERE. Do this like once every 3 days for 9 days. Then spray everything down with plain water. I just hope you have good ventilation. If you don't, then you could just make more mold issues. With good fans on the plants, you will be fine.

Its already into flowering dude. if you dont get rid of the mildew and it dies then you wasted months on the plants. do what you can to rid yourself of the fungi.

SPRAY! SPRAY! SPRAY AWAY!
