Looks like some spots on your leaves man. Id say it looks like mite spots but its hard to tell because of the blurryness.
Mites would shit on your stems so it would explain the black stuff. Look around tops and bottoms of leaves for tiny dots that move if u watch em for a minute. Or anythying that moves for that matter.

How far into flower are you?

Edit* look really hard too mites are easy to miss if the population is low.

Mites/aphids or grower error.
Looks like you are in flower. If it is mites, NOW would be the time to figure it out before it gets out of hand. Look for white/black tiny dots could be adult/young mites or mite shit on the bottom AND TOPS. Look for tan/white/yellow/orange eggs under (sometimes on top) the fan leaves. Spray the entire top foliage including the buds with 1 part h202 to 5 parts water, and look around good for webbing under any leaves or around any bud sites, you must look good as those bastards will usually only web up only 1-2 cola's for protection/waste ect. The spray will help 100x with finding webs alpng with killing off any adults by contact and preventing mold on the flowers, the water will collect on the web and make them shiny and easy to see, if you do not use the h202 then be sure you have low humidity so you dont accidently rot your buds. I advise you to check now because its actually hard to tell if you have mites untill its too late. Its quite easy to prevent with high humidity and low temps, but once you get them you will need a combination of things to beat those bastards you cant just crank up himidity and lower the temps and expect them to be gone, been there done that, do not waste your time. Any webbing or scorching/bleaching/yellowing of fan/sugar leaves and you probably have them. If the fan leaves yellow with green veins but dont want to drop like nitrogen deficiency then you probably have them. If you do,get rid of them asap. Clean the room ect. The only way to get rid of mites for me was to insecticide the entire outside and garden of my house, along with inside my house. they do not take over my healthy plants, but thats not the point. Those tiny fuckers are just nasty. I would rather smoke a bud dipped in dog shit (sarcasm)

Yes I've seen tiny dots move around under the leaves. It's an outdoor grow with humidity between 40%-100% depending. I do bring inside at night with 40-50% humidity and 70 degrees. I'm 5 weeks 2 days into flowering

Mites would have a hell of a hard time trying to survive outdoors than indoors. Keeping them indoor is an extremly bad idea with mites. What color were the dots that were moving? Did you see tiny white dots that do not move?

No white dots. Tiny brown dots will move around underneath the leaf. Also had a stem covered in white powder on lower bud site. That was weird

The stem covered in white powder IS the white dots that do not move! Fix the spider mite invasion before its too late! Neem then h202 then SNS 217 then back to neem and repeat till gone. It really sucks that you're in flower, you can try pure all organic methods, if they do not work though then the plant will end up infested even more, by that time its wayyy to late. If all els fails, start busting out the extractor unless you dont mind smoking spidermans kids.
