What is the problem with this plant could it be root rot??

Include the following info too.

Age of plants
Base nutrients and additives used.
PPMs of each.
pH (before and after nutes)
Grow medium
Temps and relative humidity

Including as much as possible will get more responses. Its hard to give an educated guess just by looking at a couple of pics.

HOW MUCH DO YOU USE AT A TIME?
HOW OFTEN?

At first look.. Your pH is way out of wack and it's blocking like mad!
 
I havent fed them yet they are autos and at 1 month i was going to start feeding them at 1 month. Im new at this and still learning
 
The soil mix i used was supposed to feed up to a month worked on my last ones. I was thinking this is a sign of root rot?
