Please help

IM very sry i have no pics, but my bottom leaves are turning yellow and drooping, im also getting unusual little brown spots all over the leaves, i have also been giving them ph balanced water to flush them. and ive been using fox farm nutrients for feeding. i have no idea what to do... o ya im using a 400 watt hps

Could simply be over watering? Have a look here symptoms

well droopy leaves means over watering. how much water are you using? and how often do you water it? same with the yellowing (just remember it's a WEED weeds can go without water for a while and i would water 400 mL every 5 days or when soil is completely dry
