Nah man it will be fine its just a leaf, i am more concerned with the yellowing of the plants! have you been using any nutes on it? and how often are you watering your plant?

i aint using any nutes, i water it almost every day but i use little bit water , i think the illumination gives the plants the yellow shades , its greener than it seems !
only the bottom leaves are a little bit yellow but not that much

If the bottom leaves are yellow than that means you need nutes! that is classic nitrogen deficiency.get some nutrients (and for gods sake not miracle grow!) get some jacks classic I hear is really good but i dunno i run hydro mostly but have done soil.I also recommend super thrive. The shit is amazing! only a drop a gallon and your plants can take almost any punishment you can give them.dont worry bout the tear(personally I would trim the leaf off so not to invite fungus or pest) as A sore on a plant can let them in.and a neatly trimmed cut heals ALOT faster.but as small as your tear is id say you'll be fine bro. good luck!

Do you have high temps, low humidity? In all honesty it should stay wetter a little long then that

Superthrive is amazing but try not to use more than 1 drop per gallon as you have a chance to burn your seedlings up.
