Just opinion, looks like that green algae is very wet. Maybe hit it w/ some diluted h2o2, if you're not too averse. The peroxide will get rid of that algae, that is robbing your roots of oxygen, and will help dry out your media. Try to keep the soil a little more dry. Get some more drainage holes. That should get some o2 in your roots. You also might want to get some cal-mag in there if that is coco. You might want to get your ph between 5.7 and 6.2 when feeding. If your runoff is higher than 6.5, you might want to do a flush before her next feeding. Just opinion.
