so if this is voted through NC will be a medical state with same rules such as CA medical program......where is the bill at now, Im from NC and have been waiting for this

the bill is stalled in the health commitee right now everyone is expecting it to be voted in in 2011 we need everyone to stand up for what they believe in and sign the petition go read on www.nccpn.org email jean with more questions

Who's holding it up? It's a shame if this won't be on the ballot this year but 2011 is better than never. What kind of interest have you had from the tobacco lobbyists there? I think there is some big potential for federal rescheduling if this can get pushed in before the tobacco buyout ends.
