Harvest that *itch! Congrats! I remember that look as my 1st plant was always getting burnt by experimenting with the lights. How long have you been flowering?I am on day 58 of flowering. The plant is an ak48. Should I harvest? And when is. The best time during the 12/12 light cycle to cut them? At 60 magnification, they are 80% milky. Thank you for your help!!!
Wait, do we know each other?Don't do it! Don't listen to the idiots who said chop.

Want to smoke and then wish you were high? Then chop
Mara, when I grew it back in 2011 I chopped it around the same time of 60 days. The trichs were mostly all cloudy which is how I like them, I sporadically saw an amber ones here and there. The smoke was superb. The ball is in your court guys, you need to experiment with several stages of trich coloring to tell how you like your smoke the most imo, if someone recommends to chop now, doesn't make them an idiot.Aak48 is 7-9 weeks. So they're at 8 weeks. I want to chop, but my husband wants to wait another week!!!! He listens to all of you guys more than me. He's saying there's no amber yet. I say there's a little.
Pls dnt listen to this idiot! it's ready enuff for you to enjoy, just dry/cure correctly and you will be fine. I just think it should be more fatt if flowering for two months. How tall is your plant Mara? My plant that is budding now has only been in flower-mode for 6 going on the 7th week and it's as big 0r maybe a lil fatter than yours. Could be due to strain type so, no worries! Yours looks pretty much done considering the white hairs look as if they receded. Keep up the good work....Don't do it! Don't listen to the idiots who said chop.

It matters on your personal preference. I personally like 35% amber for the fully ripened taste, smell, and effect. If you like wussy head highs and bud that doesn't taste quite right, then you can harvest a little earlier. If you like the heavy amazing buds, I'd harvest with a higher percent of amber trichromesI am on day 58 of flowering. The plant is an ak48. Should I harvest? And when is. After you chop that's it! They continue to mature when left in the dark for 2 0r more days(personal preference)b4 harvest, however.Thank you everyone. My husband wants to wait a bit for more amber. How much more do they mature after I chop them?
