PLS Help! First grow going wrong

Hello everyone.

I have just started my first grow 3 weeks ago. I grow soil, on my balcony since that is the only option I got. Also I can only grow autoflowering plants because they are quite small, and hence remain unseen. So I got 4 Pandoras, and 4 Easy Ryders on my balcony right now. The problems started about 10 days ago, the plants stopped growing and turned light green - and droopy. I do suspect that I was overwatering - used to water them once a day - sometimes twice, because the soil is very light and has good drainage - i was afraid the soil dryies up to fast - that's why I added the leftover perlite over so that the sun would not dry the soil directly. I don't know yet if that was a good ideea. For the past 5 days I've only watered twice, and some new leaves have started to apear after 10-12 days of beeing stunned.
What i want is someone with experience to confirm me that the overwatering was the problem - and maybe tell me if I can still expect them to finish in some way.
Here are the some pictures:

Have u tested the ph of the water ?

I agree that it looks like a mild case of nute burn. The soil probably has some ferts in it that are a little too strong for those tiny seedlings. I wouldn't flush them though...you'd probably end up waterlogging the roots and releasing even more ferts. They'll probably be fine. Just don't give them any ferts until the ones in the soil are gone.

Good luck
