As for my 2 cents. Well, that's AN for ya.
I never cared for any nutrient formulation that has you water to run off and beyond, as a means of quality control... They are having you use "more" to have to buy more, faster.
Simple, daily feeding at volumes that just carry you over to the next day.....Adds more O2 to the roots and delivers more stable results.
Look at it like this. If the nutrient line you use. Builds up something or creates some issue that you have to use more to leech the soil/media to keep the plant healthy. They are making you use more to buy more. It was developed that way to increase their profit from your wallet..
I call that a design flaw....

Lmao I guess your right. Honestly this is my first grow . I'm still learning . how much water would you say is suitable for a 3 gallon pot of soil. Ive been using 3 liters they said do 5 or 6. Also what are some good alternates to get me threw a grow that you recomend.

3liters gets me to about watering every 3 days. They said 5 or 6 would make it so its once a week

Nitrogen to a Plant, is the same thing as Protein for a Human Being.
Humans eat protein, and the body converts it to Nitrogen.
According to tissue analysis, marijuana basically likes the SAME AMOUNT OF NITROGEN, AS IT DOES PHOSPHORUS, AND IT LIKES 2X THE AMOUNT OF potassium, AS IT DOES NITROGEN.
Magnesium is the #1 deficiency in container grown plants.
Marijuana is a HUGE consumer of Magnesium, and it needs it every feeding.
Also do not let your plants get so dry they droop. If you do, you will concentrate the salts, and when rehydrated WILL burn your plants, possibly cause PH imbalance, and lockout.
I have used a CHEAP Lowes ( or equivalent ) Moisture-PH-Light Meter for 40 years. I also go by the weight of the container, but the moisture meter lets me be more precise.
I NEVER let the needle get to DRY. always Low Moist.
Marijuana likes a 19.5-20-39, and then you adjust for PPM.
In an 8 weeks flowering strain, they should be given a Monopotassium Phosphate ( 0 -52-34 ) Boost from weeks 2.5- week 4, and weeks 5-6 need a Magnesium/Sulfur Boost. Weeks 6-7 the nutrients should be a bit less, but NEVER totally devoid of food. Closer to week 4 PPM, with No MPK boost.

It aint rocket science, and if a person adheres to a few basic principles, you will have success. Deviate from the basics, at your own expense/peril. People make this way more complicated than is needed.
I myself don't like AN, and I don't know if they changed formula/how much is in their products, but we found them to be WEAK, and caused all kinds of problems. I used them 6-8 years ago.
IMHO the main thing a person needs to learn is proper feeding/watering schedule, and how much to give.
After that all you need is good genetics, as much light as possible, all the fresh airflow they can get, and enough medium they dont get rootbound.
Thats it. No magic, or secrets.

Good lord that's a lot of watering! I put 1 liter in a 3 gallon a day - in bloom - and that carries it over to the next day at lights on..
I water daily. More O2 to the roots that way. No long extended pH swings.
Water a plant in soil and the soil pH will swing one way by a whole point+.
As the soil dries back out it the pH will swing back to the soils resting pH value. This is the natural way that the nutrients are taken up in balanced amounts. Nutrients are best available a various pH values.
I feel, and have found that in soil it's sometimes not the right idea to have your soil pH swung out so long. This also becomes more of an issue the farther the feed solution is from 6.5
