plz help roots r growing out of dirt

my best looking plant has roots growing out the top of the bucket they also look a little fury does any one know why or how to fix this im no pro but i dont think this is good

i had the same problem a while back with my outdoors that was in a pot, i just covered as much as possible with soil and they were fine

I would cover them up as well. How big is your pot? Could it be that there growing up because they have no where else to go?

How far are you into your grow? I am asking for two reasons, one is you mentioned furry, which I am assuming is something you are observing on your buds?

If you are still in veg it might be time to put them in bigger pots, and thoroughly water them to allow even spread of roots throughout the growing medium.

no the furry is on the roots and they have been on 12/12 for 3weeks
