Plz help

Lights are on 18/6. Water ph is where its supposed to be , run off too. Humidity is 60-65% . These sprouted 6/22. I use to water too much, i wait till the soil is drier. Is this a nutrient def? Or from the lights? I use to have cheaper purpleish/redish lights now i have bp1000 lights cause they werent getting enough light before (they've been on 18/6 from the start). I have a small fan running. Also have a small humidifier inside. Can these be saved? Help plz lol. Thanks in advance! Pics below are from within the last hour.

looks like overwatering/wet roots to me ...that in itself can cause a lot of issues..that soil still looks somewhat wet..i would just wait till the soil is bone dry...less is more at this stage, they can survive underwatering better than over

lol yeah that's too often i would try 4-5 at that stage ..the top inch can feel dry but the bottom could still be wet, just feel/weigh the cup after a water than when it's really light it's time to water again

Ty i will wait longer between waterings.
Get an empty pot the same size as the ones your plants are in. Fill it with dry medium. Put the pot in the tent next to the plants. When you check to see if it's time to water, pick up a pot with a plant in one hand, and the pot with just dry medium in the other. If they are equivalent weight, water the plant until complete saturation with slight runoff.

Repeat this process until you are familiar enough to not need the dry medium pot.
