PM. Early harvest ???

Coming into the last weeks of flower . It's been super rainy and unfortunately I have PM taking over . I was hoping it would stay controlled till harvest but it's spreading pretty fast . Would letting it go till fully ripe be worth it? Or should I just harvest early and take my losses. You have to wash it without a doubt if you are thinking about smoking it. It could curl you up in a ball and seize your insides if you don't.
 
Sorry to see you having this issue with such a nice flowering plant.

Yes look into bud washing after harvest , I wouldn’t spray anything on those nugs unfortunately right now.
I would try to ride out the flower as best you can. But you will have to do some intense cleaning of grow area too.
 
@Budzbuddha.. 3 months is a lot of dust, we can’t see it on indoor plants, does it jeopardize any quality if done right for storage purposes rather then a issue, minus the peroxide.. I had spider mites years back on a outdoor, I ended up washing it and just making bubble with it.

@Luiii_999, that’s shitty, plants look great though. Positive vibes for a good finish and wash up. :blsmoke:

Shoots really?? I've never heard that. Shit I've smoked my fair share of horrible weed lol I'm surprised that hasn't happen to me yet .
 
Thanks everyone for the advice . Still trying to decide what to do. Here's a pic of my current flower rn. It's a blue cheese , g13haze and kosher kush . Only the blue cheese and and the kosher kush have the mildew . The g13 is going strong no issue . CEDEB2EF-23B9-4743-8BC7-895C6789B476.jpeg

Powdery Mildew doesn't make aflatoxins and therefore it's not poisonous. People with mold allergies could have a reaction to the spores. Budwashing with a little H2O2 is a good way to deal with it so you can smoke your crop without concern.

Some folks spray their flowers with the H2O2 solution while the plants are still growing, I don't recommend this because the H2O2 can breakdown before all of the water evaporates and the residual moisture encourages more PM growth.

Am AirROS machine is the best fix, set it in the room with the plants for a few hours and all the PM is dead.
 
I had same problem Did the h2o2 wash Saved my last harvest bud was great quality no degradation from my experience

I even used a a spray to keep it at bay

I’ve read it owidizes the terpene limonene but I got nothing bad to say about the process was very happy with results try on a branch if weary. Good luck
 
Great Info ! I feel a lot better about it now . I'm gonna isolate those plants . Let em fully finish and bud wash . Thank you everyone for the advice . I'm still a newb obviously and and really appreciate. Hopefully one day I'll be able to give great advice like this Aloha
 
Np hope I helped only on my second grow rn that’s what happened on my first I pulled my hair out for for two weeks and found that then saw bad reviews from people but noticed a lot of people were using wrong ratios It’s hard when u get advice from god only knows who and what they did I found people using strait peroxide right out the bottle I saw the jorge Cervantes video the Saw a quote in one of the Bible’s I was reading was by him so I said who’s this guy googled him and realized probably better to take his advice than Best of luck man keep it going
