It's possible as not all neem is the same. I hate the stuff and ruined a flowering plants one time with it.
I would be more concerned with the use of stuff like eagle 20 or something.

OK......
So I have been taking a daily dose of Benadryl for the last several days and I have to say, my stomach hasnt been this good in months, ive actually had solid poops!

Neem oil works on my roses.I think i got caught up in some neem oil craze a few years back, it didnt work
Wipes out aphids and helps with black spot (fungus).
Are you really using neem oil only in veg? what if spider mites appear in flower? i sprayed my plants yesterday with neem oil and they are in 5th week of flower.This is straight from India. It is sold at an east indian grocery store here strickly for use in cooking. I have used once in veg for many years now.
It is also cheap as hell compared to any of the "Einstein oils". Not to mention more pure.

As for the OP you are doing the safest thing a person can do for themselves. Growing your own. It truly is the only way a person knows forsure what it has or hasn't been treated with.

you don't smoke or ingest those roses, do you? lol. It does work on bugs. But I believe sensitive systems or systems prone to allergies will be affected, jmho.

I treat first with neem if I have to week one of flower. wait a week and use the spinosad, and wait another week and use the spinosad again. I try to never use neem especially and most anything else after week 3 of flower. Just my own system. But I won't use neem anymore.

Yes I have only ever used it in veg. I would never be ok with spraying anything during flowering.
If spider mites appear in flower either everything gets cut down or they are grown out with the mites. Either way once mites appear everything has to be shutdown and very thoroughly cleaned. Then the person has to ask themselves what they did wrong to have mites in the first place.

There are better options.
"Rid-Bugs" works well but I wouldn't use it in flower because it's oil based and will definitely leave some residue.
If I have to use something in flower, I'll hit em with insecticidal soap then rinse with plain water.

They are fine in veg.
I've had good luck with mighty wash. It doesn't seem to have any side effects, even on very young plants. But I'd still avoid it in flower.

You just ruined them. You will taste the oil when you smoke those buds.
Next time use captian Jack's spinosad in flower.

i've used it in flower. it does take a few weeks for the oil to breakdown and the smell to go away so i would keep that in mind

I just picked up a bottle of Captain Jacks on clearance @ Lowes for $2.
Also got a big stick of round up for $2. Looks just like deodorant.

Can you tell me what dose of spinosad should i use, per litre of water.
I can not find a dose graph for cannabis, only for apples tree and etc.
This spinosad product is on the expensive side, 100ml for 50 euro, i hope it works.
