Pole building in the cold northern climate

So I'm looking at new houses in Michigan and have found a few that I really like and they have buildings but most aren't insulated. So I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with this in the past? Say I set up two rooms with 2x4 and 4x8 foam insulation panels inside the building on a flip where ones off when the other is on would I still have issues controlling the climate. Building ill use for example was 30x50. The rooms will be medium size roughly 12x18 or so with 10k watts each room. Another issue is I only have enough money up front after buying the house to set up one of the rooms so might have to run heaters for first run when lights off til I can add the second room. Just trying to figure out what kinda problems to expect in an uninsulated pole building.

I’ve built several pole buildings, the 1st thing, is whether it has a concrete floor, does it have electrical service, and how tall are the walls. Many buildings only have 8 ft ceilings, and minimal electric service, usually 40 or 50 amps. Few have water, because if it isn’t heated, it’s frozen here. Btw, I live in mid Michigan myself. I don’t think 10k watts will do much.

Yes I've noticed the water might be an issue til spring when I can run the lines for that. I have guys who will upgrade the electric for me so that shouldn't be an issue. I was more worried about the building not staying warm enough during winter or sweating like crazy and causing moisture issues. But please keep any ideas or downfalls coming I don't want any to spend all my money on these houses and then be stuck no where to grow cause didn't think it thru or understand the weather.

If you are partitioning a section off, insulating the walls and ceiling, the heating will be a big thing. I’ve seen -15f here.
