Police Dogs In Search

If a police dog is considered a "police officer" and is protected under the same laws as a police officer, than why should they be allowed to walk around the outside of a vehicle and search after the owner has refused search ? If you assault a police dog that is attacking you, you are charged with assaulting a cop. It seems that the law believes a dog labeled a "police dog", is not held to the same standards as the police themselves. If this is true then the dickhead holding the leash is in fact carrying out an illegal search by using the dog. Not allowing a search on the side of the road after a traffic stop is in fact being used as probable cause for search because it almost always causes the release of the dog.
And how do we know the dog actually smelled any type of drugs? The interpretation of the dogs reaction is just the opinion of the same dickhead trying to fuck you over. How do we know that the police dog isn't reacting to, lets say food crumbs under the seat.

The police cannot search the inside of your car but they can walk around it and look inside. If they see something suspicious they then have probable cause to search inside without your permission. The dog walks around the outside and sits down if it smells drugs, bingo, probable cause. At least that's how I think it works.

But what if the dog is trained to smell something other than drugs....or the dog is trained to sit down after the cop says something to the dog. The cop will say the dog smelled something when actually he didn't and they say they have prob cause to search the vehicle.

Not likely I think, because then they will find nothing to arrest you for. Unless maybe you have some assault rifles in the car.

The dogs ARE trained to false alert.

Keep your bag of weed wrapped in a steak with you at all times when driving. Don't fool the dog, fool the owner!

But yeah, I agree with the original spirit of your post. When I go on road trips to states where my legal license is considered nothing, I always keep my weed in a fake soda can in my cooler, along with a whole bunch of other real soda cans, as well as some meat that a dog would love. I can not stress this enough....you can not fool the dog, so fool the owner!

Cops are like the sheriff of nottingham ticketing the poor(or worse) to get money for the city, there is no limit to how far they will go to get some coin. They are full of bs words like your under arrest really means I'm going to take you to my concrete dungeon and misstreat you, feed you bad food, make you as uncomfotrable as possible and lot you in with godless soddemites. It's too bad we ain't really free, just led to belive that we are.
