Police inspection? Random/checks

Ok maybe I was a little harsh sorry but DONT LET THE POLICE IN WITHOUT A WARRANT that way you are'nt in the shit you are now. Good Luck hope all goes good.

yea, I wish it was made up, but the only reason he wanted to look was cause I was dealing with a dirty eviction case and the renter made a claim I was mfg. meth like 3 days before I got a court order for them to leave, meth is a huge problem around these parts, and I didn't want to show that I was hiding anything of that nature, but yeah, I had a marijuana, and yeah I showed my room to him, he even help me pick the last one to keep, he did seem really cool, but why wouldnt he have taken me in on that day? he also told me that the report would only be seen by one other person and that his recamendation was that nothing should happen, I truly think nothing is going to happen with this, but im a little worried about these check ups, im playing by the rules but what if im not home

Brother sorry you had to deal with the deadbeat renter he's a fucking dirtbag. Just make sure all your T's are crossed and I's are dotted right away. As far as the future Dont let him or any other police in without a warrant. Keep it on the up and up and you should be good to go. Really wish you all the Good Karma.

i would refer to ur local laws on it, but i kno from experience that once u let them in with out a warrant they can make an arrest in the house, gather evidence and see if there is a case. removing evidence with out it documented makes it not usable in court.
for future if they say "hard way or easy way" say "the legal way show me a warrant" as most police couldn't get a warrant issued over here-say with out a prior investigation. so what ever he took can't be used against u as u were not arrested at the time and nothing was documented. think about it, if thats the case they can say i got this from anywhere they wanted too and it would stick. not all the checks and balances work but a few do this is one time it will in ur favor.

that wasn't a "check up", that was an owner cooperation authorized search. there are no grow peak a boo check ups,

So you had 114 plants? This cop had you, and helped you out. It's rare, but it happens. Sounds like he hates meth and appreciated the fact that you weren't manufacturing meth.
I'm not sure if I'd spend the rest of the week appreciating my good luck, or trying to find the motherfucker you evicted and having his legs broken.
Quitting when you are ahead is often difficult to do. That's how casinos usually make their money back.
He could have taken pics and passed them on to the feds and had show and tell w/ grand jury sometime in the future. He didn't, you should sleep good.
Well anyway, sign up some patients and get those plants back under the lights....
Best of luck to you with next tenants. Find card holders if possible.

I had a total of 90, 24 of them legal, 66 other I wasn't able to prove, and yeah he did help me pick the last plant, about 10 of the were definite male , and 10 barley showing pistols the rest were a guessing game, that's why I asked him which one looks better, he laughed and pointed at the one in the corner.. also before he showed up I already had paperwork put in for another 48... but did not receive my updated info,

I am happy to hear you had a good encounter with LEO up here. Most are ok or terrible, not much in between and it's
usually pretty easy to quickly know the difference. I had police at my door wanting to look over my grow room. I also
knew I would be raided within hours of refusing, so I've been there. The cop that went through my rooms was very cool
once he saw we were legit and doing things right. He said I wouldn't be bothered by him again. That was about 2 years ago.
I believe he kept his word.
Meth, heroin, and pills are such an enormous problem up here, I am relieved more and more LEO are moving past mj and focusing
on the hard drugs that ARE ruining our area.

Are you confined by the so many mature and so many immature guidelines? If so I've also wondered at what point does the law consider a plant to be mature? I've done lots of reading on this subject but so far have not found a definitive answer. In my city, in Ca., you're allowed 12 immature and 6 mature and a measly 8oz dried. I've got several different strains outdoors which were all started at different times. Sativa dominant hybrids, Indica dominant hybrids, and a pure Indica. As of right now the Indica and the Indica Dom. are beginning to flower, the Sativa Dom. are looking much slower, but at one time I know they will all be in flower stage. My opinion is that they are not mature, they are in the process of maturing. I'm only over the limit by a few plants (I unexpectedly got 100% females from the seeds I started). Anybody want to chime in on this subject?

We don't have that here. You're allowed to have 12 "plants" per patient, and 2.5oz's of "useable" marijuana per patient. They don't really define what a plant is in the act, and they don't really define what usable marijuana is either.

I could get busted being over my plant count if I had a cloner full of cuts that haven't rooted yet. Those would most likely be considered plants here in MI.

I've heard of a situation where a guy had 150 cuts in his cloner that were fresh that day. he claimed that most would die before they rooted and cop let it slide.

I've always just heard cuttings are OK unit they pop roots. obviously being a grey area if you piss off a cop you better believe he will take ur ass in on cuttings and sort it out later but i think you would be alright with most cops if the interaction remained friendly.
