If a plant in veg gets pollinated will it produce seeds in flower?
Also will the cuttings off of this plant produce seeds?
I have a mother plant in a room that was potentially pollinated by some auto flowers. If it does produce seeds will it be a few or will the plant be saturated?

No a female plant has to be in flower in order to be pollinated.

As already stated, it has to be in flower.

But...

If pollen has been freely flying around your grow room in order to potentially pollinate a plant then it also got everywhere else, lurking, waiting to come out and land on a female that IS in flower. So you'll probably want to give the grow room a quick clean.
