Pollinating question male/Female

This is a semi noob question.. ive grown a few times but i have a quick question.. when trying to figure out male/female do the preflowers of a male effect the other plants/ pollinate them. or do they have to be fully grown males, because im at the stage where they are all about to show their sex and i dont want a male to ruin all the others.. So will it be ok if i get the males out as soon as possible without them hurting my females, ....or hoping to be females? and yes i do know how to differentiate male from female.

Males will normally show sex before the females. Make sure its nuts before you remove them. Nuts is plural. They will not open up for a while and you will have plenty of time to be 100% positive before removing them.

i let them get a little bigger and then chop... for oil and butter purposes... but don't let them go to long
