Pollination First Time

I was wondering if I would be okay, have my flower room, then a separate room down the hall in another room (but it opens to the first room, but it's still around he corner)...I'm a medical patient, Now don't really know how much that description helps but I'm looking to make own seeds. Currently growing out a few reg-s33ds and will select one (thebest) male to keep, is one male enough? .........I want to completely pollinate one female, and maybe selectively pollinate a branch or two of different strains depends on how things go. BUT I also don't want to ruin my other medicine by pollinating things that I don't need pollinating..

One male is enough.....after pollination wait a few hrs....mist the pollinated plant with water and it will be okay to put back in the tent with the rest of the grow
