Poly tunnel grow-possible bud rot?

Hi everyone,

Here’s the info.

This is my second year growing and i’ve got all auto-flowering. Had a bad case of bud rot in the later stages of flowering last year and i’m super paranoid this year!

My plants are watered once a day in the morning but sometimes I miss a day if it hasn’t been too hot. They are in a dedicated poly tunnel with good ventilation on either end. They are about 8 weeks in now growing in soil and ive just been using fish blood and bone for nutrients. I have 2 fans on 24/7 as a lot of the time there has been bugger all wind.

Now the problem, there has been a lot of overcast weather and quite a bit of rain so humidity has been high and i’m worried one of my plants has the starting of bud rot, the pic attached was a node where I noticed a dark spot so I took off the attaching branch and chucked it. Can anyone tell me if anything else would make a small black/grey mark?

hydrogen peroxide an some Qtips go thur the plants an hit those spots

Ok i’ll Try that, how does it spread? Can it spread internally through the plant?
