Everyone is stuck pondering the statement! I think most would agree with the statement, but is has been uttered a million times. When I think about it, I wonder if it will ever truly be acted upon.

It's a Shame that getting caught for Weed is harsher than the Weed itself. Hope it changes 1 day tho - wat a day that will be.
