Lowrider - you're cool it's not a virus. I run an old impossible to hack Mac and am getting the pop-ups too. It's something server side. I only hope RiU didn't go with a new advertiser and it's something that can be remedied. Cheers.

Yup I'm gettin' them also. Two popups for every click, very annoying. I had rolitup on my firefox popup exception list, took it off and now they're blocked.

I've had one dodgy ad with malware blocked by my AV, the rest seem to be harmless and don't get past FF ABP...so far

It's getting around my blocker in Firefox, but not in IE, so I just use IE (which I hate) to access RIU.

No problems here (using Chrome, with no added pop-up blocker plug-in, either). I hate pop-ups, so good luck guys & gals!
i heard another guy on a thread say he was using chrome and his shit was fine too. i'm using ie8 and it's turning into a royal pain in the ass. anyone else that's NOT having the issue, what browser are you using?

yeah i used 2 different scanners and they found nothing. good to know our computers won't melt but i don't think i could put up with it if it persists. even if using chrome is an option, i don't really want to "learn" a new browser.

i heard another dude say he was using ie7 and he was also having the issue. maybe it's something besides the browsers, then. whatever it is they really need to make it go away or at least post some kind of fix for it. it's slowing my browser a tad, as well. i have a full half second of gray screen when changing pages. at this point for me it's only the noise/lag that's annoying as i don't actually see the popups, but whatever is going on really needs to be dealt with.
