Popular question: Harvest Time???

Well this has been my first grow. The strain is PPPf from Nirvana. It has been flowering 55 days today. If you would like to check out the grow, check out the link in my signature. If you need some more pictures for reference, you can find them on the later pages of that thread.

These plants were flushed 7 days ago and 12 days ago. They have not had any water in 7 days in anticipation of harvesting. Are these days from being ready or a week or so. If they are a week or so out, I will probably do another flush b/c they are getting very thirsty. 70% of the trichs are cloudy with 15% amber and 15% clear. I couldn't capture a good representation of cloudy trichs, but I got a good shot of the amber and some clear. So what do you guys think?

Very nice! Personally I would harvest them now but I lean toward about 20% amber, the majority cloudy and spotty clear...I like the up high and am not so fond of the couch lock. Looks like they could go another week if you wish and might fill out a smidge more but they really look fantastic!

yeah I'd say now or a few more days, they look fat enough already though. nice grow...what does not giving them any water before harvesting do, I've heard of cutting out the nutes but I was under the impression you kept giving them water

I only watered these girls every 7 - 8 days. I just figured I would try and time their last watering for about 7 - 10 days before harvest. I couldn't see a point in harvesting a soggy plant. I'm just going to dry it out anyway, right? This is my first grow, so I'm pretty clueless despite what I would consider a pretty good result.

If no one here stops me by 4 p.m. Friday April 4th, I'm giving them the chop. There is one of my main colas that is the biggest, but by my estimation slightly behind the other buds. I'm considering allowing this to go another few days after harvesting the bulk of the plants. I'm a noob, and I'm totally open to suggestions. Anyone else have a reccomendation regarding harvest? Thanks again!

1 more week maybe even another week and a half. Those trich's all look clear in the photos except for that damaged one in the first trich picture. So id say harvest at about 62 days. They look great and I bet in a week they will be much denser since you still have a lot of pistil and calyx formation going on, harvest now and your just losing potential bud size and potency. Please dont chop early...you will hate yourself for it.

I think I'll probably wait just a bit longer. I can tell a huge difference between the nugs I stole off these last week vs. this week. This weeks' nugs are way better! I'll go ahead and flush them one more time tomorrow morning, and plan on harvesting next week. Thanks for coming by NSW!

Hey can you get another pic just like pic 4 from above. I would like to see just what another week will do. I kinda want to see just how much it will swell up in the last week. Thanks in advance if you will. Good lookin plants.
