I actually have it worse than an attic. I vent in between floors of a complex. You can vent into an attic easy. Even better if your attic as a vent to the outside, than you could vent the a/c into the attic and also have an attic fan that vents to the outside. But you could do easy without the vent and don't worry about flir attics are hot as balls anyways
