Do you have a intake fan? If so just run the ac.blowing twards the intake fan so it blowes cold air into the tent :)

there is a six inch tube from the ac vent blowing right into the tent.... basiclly the AC is hooked up to the tent via 6in dryer vent tubing

O,
..sounds IMO like you may not being pulling enough hot air out. Exhaust could be the problem.
What size light(s) are you using?(air cooled..?, how close..?) just some more to think about.

All the best,

It does sound like a exhaust problem here's a few tips

Cool tube?
Heat rises, is your exhaust pulling air out from the top of the tent?
How long is your dryer vent? If you have your ac pushing into a vent duct that's like 20 ft long that's a extra 20 feet the cold ac air has to travel

Yea that's the only things I can think of hope it helps :)

You have options but either way a 600 watter needs to have it's heat addressed unless your in a huge open room.
I would first start with increasing the effectiveness of the exhaust. Then I would address trying to get better air into the grow. Dryer ducting for anything longer than a couple feet with a curve in it and you can forget that idea. Even if you can feel it trickle out it's not going to deal with a 600w. Cool tubes are king dude that's why everyone recommends them all the time. Don't forget dollar store desk fans the real tiny ones. Put them on the floor pointing up and that will help move cooler fresh air coming in reach the leaves. How about computer case fan in the duct to draw more air through? You might be able to draw some cooler air. Good luck
