Firstly, to Seed Supreme, please accept my apologies for the rudeness and insults that I threw at you in that first or second email.
Second, this is A POSITIVE review to let everyone know that this is A decent company that appears to be actually trying to set any wrongs or mistakes, right.
I've ordered from them several times and each order was good except for the last one. I won't go into detail but I will say that this company did everything they could to make it right. In the end I received exactly what I paid for plus a bunch of freebies, which I'm grateful for. So I would definitely recommend this company.
Now this next opinion has nothing to do with my issues but I've been reading allot of complaints about this particular problem... I would recommend to purchase the separate "delivery insurance", which is basically a C.Y.A. (cover your ass) that if your order gets pinched at customs or never arrives, they'll send another order out for free. So please, understand that once the order leaves the company, from whatever company you're using, it's then in the hands of the shipper like USPS , so it's out of the hands of the seed company. Leaving bad reviews for shipping times or getting pinched at customs isn't the seed companies fault, so realize that happens and please don't blame them .
This is just my experience and I'm happy now to see that they actually sent my proper order and worked with me even tho I was pretty rude at first.
