Possible lockout in soil? Need advice

B just finished drying the plant. Buds are all white inside. Kinda look like cauliflower. This bud rot? I don’t see mildew or fuzz just bleached buds (but not bleached on the outside and not more bleached closer to the light)

If it's crumbly it's probably bud rot. How does it taste?

not very crumbly. Haven’t tasted it yet bc they’re still a bit wet probably around 70% still

That’s what I suspect too. I let them go for almost 100 days in flower. Whole grow was a clusterfuck from start to finish. Gonna wait until winter when the humidity plummets in my home for the next grow
