Possible magnesium deficiency?

I just saw that my new leafs is kind of yellow.
Magnesium deficiency?
Barney's farm CBD critical cure week 4 of veg.
Dwc single bucket
EC .88 about 1/3 strenght
Tap water
Ph 5.8-6.2

I will say its normal for new growth

normal. Mg def. will not show in the newest growth. it is mobile in the plant which means it will take from the oldest growth and move it to the new growth where it's needed. so you will see Mg def. in the oldest growth first.

your plant looks fine to me. just looks like its growing!

I'd say bump up that EC to 1.0 or 1.2, inching upto 1.5. The plant is a good size. most likely under fed.
DWC is a high feeding/quick growing method. They grow quick and demand higher nutrient levels.

1 EC is 500 or 700 depending on the common scale used in your equipment. .88 is low for that size plant in my mind.
Is that including your tap water EC?
What's the tap starting EC before nutrients?

What kind of light? air temps? humidity?
