Possible mold,pests, seven dust reaction

Guys please help a brotha out!!! Every top on my outdoor plants are turning purplish/ black!!! They r just now getting pistils so I need to get this figured out ASAP! Could using seven dust cause the tops to burn?? It looks like a plant gets when you don't harden them off before transferring outdoors. I'm stumped!!

Come on people.....

Read you labels on your products, many pesticides will cause phytoxicity or burning. I wouldn't use Sevin on my plants if you paid me, just on health concerns. Well, maybe if you paid me a lot, but I sure would smoke them.
