Possible Nitrogen Toxicity and Bud Development issues ?

This is my 2nd grow from seed in soil (Fox F). 4x4 tent ,700w Mars LED , two T-5s on the side . PH run off at 6.6-6.8.(Fox F) nutrients on schedule for all plants , also 1tsp of molasses per gal . Watering about 3 cups ever 4 days for all plants . Day 21 since I when to 12/12 . Temps at 83day/72night . RH 35-45 % All plants are from bag seeds .unknown strain , one has strong Sativa traits that I am having the most problems with .
I believe the Sativa girl has signs of Nitrogen Toxicity . I am not sure of the bud development at 3 weeks , looks ok to me ,but looking for comments pro or con .
I was planning to stop all the FF nutrients except Big Bloom for a couple of feedings on all plants .
My questions is does it look like the start of Nitr Tox , what is the best way to deal with it at this stage ?

Doesn't look bad, just lay off the N, but still give a small amount.

flush and switch fertilizer to something for bloom. Plants dont't need as much nitro during flower. They should have it stored in their leaves.

Watch that molasses too.
Microbes love it. Though the sugar, can make your ph start to skyrocket.

you are in the beginning of N tox, but imo, its better to be a little high at the point you're at than low. cut back on the N, boost your K a bit, keep your P about where it is for now.
