possible problems/ any help

Hey 2nd grow going here, Fox Farm light warrior seed starter, 2 in rockwool one is not. EBB flood using a hydrologic small boy filter for the chloramined tap water, temps are 76-80 degrees, 24/7 lights no dark period. started bag seedlings 4 weeks ago. Started them under fluro's, and switched to my 250 watt agro sun gold HO horizontal in week 2, but kept the bulb 2 feet away now the bulb is 9" from the tallest plants top and 1' 3" from the shortest plants top. PPM was at 250 week 3 and now at 500 PPM durning week 4. No nutes before this, only used flora sheild at the start of the grow, I am using Power Plant grow 3-1-4 for veg and will be switching to Power flower 2-2-5 for the flowering stage. The only other food I have is Pure Blend metabolic grow formula its NPK is 1-0.5-1 and i have not used this. I will be changing the res today and will be using flora sheild before I ad my nutes. Also plants have been treated with all season neem oil, in the start and will be treating one more time b4 flowering via a foliar spray. I am only watering once a day but it seems like maybe its to much.

So my ?'s are when to flower?

What are these yellow/brown spots on my plants lower leaves?

Is there a better combo of mix I could give my plants with the food I have?

Should I Take the 8 inch plant and seperate it from the 2 little five inch runts, giving them time to catch up to the bigger one.

dial down the nutes. too high, IMO. let them mature some before you flower-wit for preflowers. use veg nutes into 3rd week flowering than change over to bloom

your avatar gives me a little chub, we call them spinners where i come from.

Do you think i should dial the light back a little maybe 20/4 or 18/6, would a little less light maybe not stress my plants so much.

Got any recommendations on strain of the plant or sativa / indica. They came from the cannabis club sack.

whats the tallest i want these plants i know the 250 watter has a hard time reaching the bottom leaves, So what is the minumim i should try to keep the light above the plants?

that sir is a mix dominate indica and height of light would depend on hood. Any pics of the light?

There is adequate ventilation in that area as well, I am concerned about my plants getting to tall i am definitely gonna flower when the big one reaches a foot and the little ones i hope have caught up by then, the big one did grow like six inches in one week.

that hood would produce a pretty isolated light beam. I would say keep it 2-3 ft away and check a couple times with your hand at the top of the plant if it is getting to hot. If you do set it and it doesnt feel warm on your hand sometimes it feels to hot to the plant and you will notice dark green blotches if it happens move it further away. hope I could help
