why the Huey Lewis hate? C'mond don't play like you didn't rock the fuck out in some giant headphones hooked to the hi-fi when that album dropped even if you were too sissy to man up and admit it LOL

My other life, plant was grown in salmon spawning stream river bed and glacial deposit only (perlite, if potted). the spring water there PH's at 6.5 all day every day, nothing more ever used. jon2009 180.jpgjon2009 078.jpgjon2009 075.jpgjon2009 099.jpgjon2009 191.jpgAUH#2 6-09-09 002.jpgAH#2 6 05 09 024.jpgAH#2 6 05 09 005.jpgAH#2 6 05 09 004.jpgAH#2 6 05 09 009.jpgAH#2 6 05 09 018.jpg

Double headed, fiddle head fern sprout. (we eat em with wild berries, veggies, nuts, seeds, mushrooms, and dressing)

Juiced canna leaf in salad dressing is fantastic BTW..

here is the offspring of a Cinderella 99 female I outcrossed with a skunk/haze male from sam the skunkman. i was not happy with the structure of c99. it was too stretchy, branchy, and needed too much support in flower... very hard to work with, but amazing smoke! i ran into a male that shared similar genetics and had exactly the structure that i wanted so i gave it a shot. this outcross has done the job and so far its turning out extremely beautiful and perfect...a whole new IMPROVED princess! same Cinderella smell (fruit punch, with cherry and pineapple undertones) but this pheno has minimal side branching and would be perfect for sog style growing. stays short and way less stretch than any other C99 Phenotypes ive seen. her leaves are dark green but still mostly sativa. she looks like she will be a good producer also, these pics are at about day 25 and she finishes around day 60. im in the process of cubing this phenotype since i still ended up with another common phenotype that is very similar to the structure of the C99 Mother in the F1 cross. once it is stabilized it will be the heart of my breeding :) id love to find a black cherry soda plant to cross with this, ive heard great things about subcools plush berry... or maybe send him one of these when its done..wonder what he would think of it :p seems like lots of his strains are mixed with his space queen... must be a fellow C99 fan?..

Yeah that Space Dude gets around aye , might as well call it his money maker lol ... Credits are due to Vic High and brothers grim . There are some others working with the lines as well but nothing on the level like Tga , they took the money and ran in the end ..

You actually might not want the Black Cherry Soda cut in the end as its prone to some issues due to Ruderalis in its genetics .. Great colors but its offspring can be freaks let me tell you from experience ..

Nice work with the C99 I never cared for the stretch either and just the same with most Kush plants lol

yeh the first i actually tried to order some c99 i realized the brothers grim was gone and no seeds were left that i could find anywhere. the only place i could find anything was from female seeds a few years ago. they stated theirs was a cross between two phenos of the brothers grim original stock so i gave it a shot. some of the plants grew about 4x taller in flower and the initial stretch was completely ridiculous. almost a complete waste of time growing it(indoors). i wonder how much work was put into his space queen/space dude? kind of seems like he found a good pheno and just started crossing it with everything? id like to know more about his process of making his strains.. seems like every review ive read that has that space queen in it, has that extremely stretchy sativa dominant phenotype, that doesnt yield much...i bet that came from his c99.

ive also heard that the cherry soda was pretty unstable. i think that should be a good point of focus going back and creating a new, stable version..maybe ill look more into that :) it does have some extremely amazing colors, creating awesome bag appeal.

here is the c99 mother that i started with. this was one of the first runs, completely unexpected stretch that hit as soon as flipping to 12/12, before that it was decent tight node spacing. this was started flowering at about 1foot, here it was about 3.5ft when it stopped stretching so bad... so comparing this to what i have now...its come quite a long way :)
