Roast beef, lemon pepper chicken, American cheese (all boars head), lettuce tomato dill pickles mustard mayo mmmmm it was good.

Well the internet is telling me that american cheese is simply processed cheese that is often made of cheddar :p although these days it states it ofrten does not meet the requirements to be defined as cheese and is called cheese analogue :D that just sounds wrong. Like uncalibrated chicken.

"American cheese starts out as a mild cheddar or cheddar/Colby mix to which an emulsifier, additional salt, and sometimes food coloring are added. The whole shebang is processed into a paste, molded into blocks and then cut into uniform slices. The emulsifying agent serves both to extend the product's shelf life and enhance its ability to melt smoothly." apparently the Deli/boars head brands are better then kraft individually sliced cheese.

i mean... what is real? its a slice of "matter" that has flavor that appeals to mass amounts of humans, thus it is produced and consumed. :D hahaha cheese analogue? we got that new digi cheeze here bro!

i made some awesome turkey sandwiches yesterday. with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, mayo and turkey.

oh, then last night we had the munchies and my wife made us 2 grilled cheese and turkey sandwiches. i dipped mine in ketchup. yum
