ive decided that when my buds are ready, im going to water-cure them. The only problem with this is i need to know a good, undetectable way of doing it that works. My idea was to put them in paper bags in the sun to evaporate moisture. I saw no problem with this because light isnt reaching the buds only the bag which will help the water in the buds evaporate quickly. Please give me some input on this?

water curing involves placing your manicured buds in a jar of water for like 7 days.
it REMOVES ALL GOOD FLAVORS & SCENTS creating a subtance that will get you high but without flavor & scent of cannabis.
if you are trying to hide what you are smoking, water curing is the way to go.
i strongly suggest against water curing....

Ill agree!! I recently tried to experiment with water curing, given all the talk about it, and needless to say it was not the brightest thing ive ever tried. My bud was sensi star and it had bright colors and good dank smell, after water curing the buds were almost brown and looked like crap weed. I will never water cure again! I guess you can say the smoke was smooth but the smell of some of the buds made me sick to smell it and i ended up throwing some away..it was that bad. Im not sure why people grow for 4months, but then are in such a rush that they cant wait an extra week or two to cure properly.

I can only see water curing being that beneficial if you have grown some mid-grade or swag that might bricked up, and you may want to bring out some sort of smooth smoke. Taking a quality strain that has b/w 15%-20% THC and trying to water cure it, is totally defeating the purpose of growing beautiful exotic buds. Maybe some people like it, but when i open up a jar of dank and smells like mildew grass, and buds are dark green to brown, its hard for me to enjoy that or be excited to smoke it. Word of wisdom..i advise you smoking your stuff only, but say if u were to show some off to a buddy after being water cured..They will laugh at you, trust me!
